Live and work in Albania,
with your status secured.
Residence permits, work permits, investor and family routes, and the path to permanent residence — handled end to end for individuals, families, and the companies that employ them. In English, German, or Albanian, from the first assessment to the card in your hand.
Whatever brings you to Albania, there is a route — we find the right one.
Employees and posted workers
The unique permit combining work and residence for foreign staff hired locally or transferred from abroad — including intra-group transfers and posted workers — with the employer’s obligations handled alongside.
Investors, founders and the self-employed
Residence on the basis of investment, business ownership, or independent activity in Albania — aligned from the start with the company we register for you and with your tax residence.
Remote workers and digital nomads
Residence for people who work in Albania for employers or clients abroad. We match you to the right permit, document your income and insurance correctly, and keep the tax side coherent.
Families
Family reunification for spouses, children, and dependents, so that a move works for the whole household — and the timing of each application supports the others.
Retirees
Residence for pensioners choosing Albania — proof of income, health cover, and accommodation documented so the application is approved first time and renewed without friction.
Long-term status and citizenship
Permanent residence after five years of continuous legal residence, and advice on the conditions for Albanian citizenship — planned so that the steps you take now support the status you want later.
From assessment to card — one team throughout.
Migration applications fail on documents and timing, not on eligibility. We control both.
Assessment
We confirm the right route for your nationality, purpose, and family situation, and tell you plainly what it requires, how long it takes, and what could go wrong — before any fee is paid to anyone.
Entry
Visa-free entry for many nationalities, or a long-stay (type D) visa where required — obtained through the Albanian consulate with an application we prepare.
Documents
Employment contract or business registration, proof of accommodation and means, health insurance, criminal-record certificate with apostille and certified translation — assembled and checked by us, so nothing is rejected for form.
Application and decision
We file through e-Albania, answer any request from the authority, and follow the application to approval and the issue of the residence card.
Renewal and long-term status
Renewals calendared and filed before deadlines, family members added, tax residence kept coherent, and the road to permanent residence or citizenship planned from year one.
Hiring foreign talent, compliantly.
Bringing staff into Albania creates obligations for the company as well as the employee. We run the permits and the employer’s side together — contracts, registrations, payroll, and contributions — so the hire is legal on day one and stays that way.
A move is never only about the permit.
Relocation touches tax residence, property, employment, and often a company. Because these sit with the same team, your move is planned as one — not as four separate processes.
What people ask before they move.
Do I need a visa to come to Albania?
Citizens of many countries — including the EU, the United Kingdom, and the United States — may enter and stay visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Staying longer, or working, requires a residence permit; some nationalities also need a long-stay visa first. We confirm your position before you travel.
Can I work in Albania on my residence permit?
Albania issues a unique permit that combines the right to reside and the right to work, so in most cases a single application covers both. The correct category depends on whether you are employed, self-employed, an investor, or working remotely for a foreign employer.
How long does a residence permit last?
Initial permits are typically issued for one year and renewed for longer periods; after five years of continuous legal residence you may apply for permanent residence. We calendar every renewal so your status never lapses.
Can my family come with me?
Yes. Spouses, children, and dependents can obtain residence through family reunification once your own status is in place. We plan the applications together so the timing works for the whole family.
