Amit Ismailji is Partner and Head of Global Partnerships & Strategic Development at Tridens. A Berlin-based entrepreneur, he brings practical business experience to the firm’s international relationships and strategic development.
His business background spans hospitality, consultancy and vocational training in Germany. It includes the development of the Machiavelli businesses in Berlin and earlier management roles at FONS Consulting and Yuma Job, covering business operations, training and employment support.
He is a member of the Presidium of the Deutsch-Albanische Wirtschaftsgesellschaft e.V. (DAW), the German-Albanian Business Association. This involvement reflects his longstanding engagement with the business communities of Germany and Albania.
At Tridens, his focus is on developing partnerships, understanding international clients’ commercial objectives and coordinating discussions with the firm’s legal and tax team. His role supports business development and lasting professional relationships.
