Kristi Vako is the Managing Partner of Tridens, an independent law and tax firm in Tirana, Albania. His work connects legal analysis with the commercial decisions facing businesses, investors and private clients.
Before Tridens, he served as a partner at an international law firm in Albania, advising foreign investors and businesses on market entry, commercial contracts, property acquisitions and restructuring.
His professional background also includes leading an alternative dispute resolution department and working as an in-house lawyer and litigator. This experience brings both transaction and dispute perspectives to the assessment of a client’s position.
At Tridens, legal, tax and accounting considerations are addressed together, from the initial structure of an investment or business to the contracts, obligations and decisions that follow.
