Andi Çaushi is Head of Accounting & Financial Compliance at Tridens and a certified accountant in Albania. He brings a background in economics, banking and finance to the firm’s accounting and financial compliance work.
His role focuses on accounting records, financial reporting and the coordination of ongoing financial obligations. Working alongside the firm’s legal and tax team, he helps connect a business’s day-to-day accounts with the information needed for management decisions and compliance.
He studied economics at Istanbul University and holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from Epoka University. His academic training covers financial analysis, accounting, financial management and risk management.
From 2017 to 2026, his academic work at “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University included teaching, course management, student assessment and research. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Tirana, with a focus on finance and auditing.
